We collect minimal data necessary to operate the platform: Telegram user ID, verification documents (stored encrypted), crypto wallet addresses, and in-app transaction history. We do not collect or store payment card information.
How We Use It
Your data is used solely to operate TeleFan: verifying identity, processing crypto payments, enabling creator-fan interactions, and ensuring platform safety. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Crypto & Payments
All financial transactions are conducted on-chain. We do not hold your crypto. Wallet addresses are stored securely and used only to route payments between fans and creators. Transaction hashes are public on the blockchain.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support. Note that blockchain transactions cannot be deleted as they are immutable by design. Verification documents are deleted after approval.
