Acceptable Use
TeleFan is a platform for verified adult content creators. All users must be 18 years of age or older. Any content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Creator Obligations
Creators must complete KYC and age verification before publishing content. All content must be original and owned by the creator. Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Fan Obligations
Fans must verify they are 18+ before accessing any content. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Fans agree not to redistribute, screenshot, or share creator content outside the platform.
Limitation of Liability
TeleFan provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for disputes between creators and fans. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms. Crypto transactions are final and non-reversible.
